Eggs

Eggs are absolutely wonderful. There are so many ways to eat them: scrambled, fried, over-easy, hard-boiled, and so many more! They are super nutritious too! They also serve as great sides to many meals such as pancakes, but sometimes you just feel like eating a plate full of scrambled eggs because they are so tasty. Another great thing about eggs is that they can go with almost any meal. Having a burger? Throw an egg on there. Eggs are a wonderful food and honestly should be worshiped for how great they are.

Best Meal of the Day

The most important meal of the day is breakfast. Everyone knows that it is so important to have a good breakfast to prepare you for the day to come. However, there is such a thing as too big of a breakfast. Eat too much and by time lunch comes around, your stomach is still full and you don’t eat anything. Then you’re waiting the rest of the day to eat dinner. It is important to have a decent sized breakfast, but not too big.
